摘要
介绍了镇海炼油化工股份有限公司的目前国内生产高辛值汽油规模最大的0.8 Mt/a连续重整装置的设计情况。该装置采用美国UOP公司先进成熟的第二代超低压连续重整工艺专利技术及R-134重整催化剂。该技术与固定床半再生重整相比,有如下优点:①有利于提高反应选择性,重整汽油和氢气产率提高,C_1和Q_2产率显著降低;②重整催化剂铂含量低、稳定性好、寿命长;③全系统操作安全。列出了物料平衡、原料组成、产品组成、主要技术参数、公用工程消耗与能耗等装置设计及标定参数,并对标定结果与设计值进行了详细对比。
The design of the 800000 tpy reforming unit with continuous catalyst regeneration in Zhenhai Petroleum Refining & Chemical Company was introduced. This is the largest high-octane gasoline production unit in China.The advanced second generation patented ultra-low pressure continuous reforming process of UOP and the R-134 reforming catalyst were used in the unit. In comparison with the fixed bed semi-regenerative reforming, this process has the following advantages: 1 ) reaction selectivity is improved and the yields of reformed gasoline and hydrogen increased, while yields of C1 and C2 decreased evidently;2) the reforming catalyst has low platinum content, good stability and long service life; 3) the whole system operation is safe. Design and evaluation data of the unit, such as material balances, feedstock composition , product composition, main technical parameters, utility consumption and energy consumption etc. were listed, and detailed comparison between evaluation result and design value were given.
