用糠醛对催化裂化油浆进行相平衡分离 被引量:2

摘要 对齐鲁石油化工公司胜利炼油厂北催化裂化装置油浆进行了蒸馏分离,小于450℃的馏分收率为78.19%,对油浆及各个馏分的性质进行了分析,分析表明各馏分的H/C值和芳碳率都相差不大。用糠醛在不同温度和剂油比下对油浆进行了相平衡分离,达到相平衡的时间为1.5h。各条件下的溶剂选择性计算结果表明,温度对选择性有较大影响。对抽出油和抽余油的性质也进行了分析,抽余油的饱和烃含量达70%,镍含量在2μg/g。以下,氢碳原子比达1.7以上,是较好的催化裂化原料。抽出油的芳烃含量达90%,氢碳原子比为1,芳碳率为0.6。 The slurly from the north FCC unit in Shengli Refinery of Qilu Petrochemical Company was separated by distillation. The yield of fractions lower than 450°C is 78. 19%. The properties of the slurry and various fractions were analyzed. The analysis showed that the H/C value and aromatic-carbon ratio of fractions have no obvious differences. The phase equilibrium separation were completed with furfural at different temperatures and solvent-oil ratios. The time to reach phase equilibrium was 1. 5 h. Calculation results of solvent selectivity under various conditions showed that the temperature has very important influence on selectivity. The characteristics of extracted oil and raffi- nate have been also analyzed, the saturated hydrocarbon content in raffinate reached up to 70%, the nickel content was less than 2μg/g, the H/C value (atomic ratio) was more than 1. 7, being a better feedstock for catalytic cracking. The aromatic content in extracted oil reached up to 90%, the H/C value (atomic ratio) was 1, and the aromatic-carbon ratio is 0. 6.
