摘要 一段时期以来,酮苯脱蜡装置技术改进主要集中在降低能耗,更新设备及控制策略方面。工艺方面的进展主要是两段过滤、全滤液循环、助滤剂应用、渗透膜溶剂回收和室温脱蜡等。设备方面的进展主要是套管结晶器、真空过滤机、螺杆压缩机的更高效能。控制技术方面的进展主要是以计算机为中心的现代过程控制技术,如智能化自动优化和仿真技术等。详细介绍了国内酮苯脱蜡装置技术进展情况。 The technical revamping of acetone-benzol dewaxing units was mainly focused on lowering energy consumption, renewal of equipment and control strategies for a period of time. The main process improvements were two-stage filtration, total filtrate recyling, application of filtration aids, solvent recovery with osmotic membrane,room temperature dewaxing, etc.. The main improvement in equipment was efficiency promoting of double-pipe chiller, vacuum filter and screw compressor. The main improvement in contrsol techniques were modern process control technique around the computer, such as intelligent optimization and simulation techniques, etc.. Technical progress of domestic and foreign acetone-benzol dewaxing units were introduced in detail.
