摘要
随着医药卫生改革和现代科学技术的发展,对医院药学工作提出了更新更高的要求。《医疗机构药事管理规定》为医院药学部的发展明确了方向。本文从药学部管理模式、人才培养和服务内涵等方面探讨医院药学发展的思路。
With the developments of medical and health care reform and the modern science and technology, more challenges and demands are faced by hospital pharmacy. The Regulations of Management of Pharmacy Affairs for Medical Institutions indicate the direction for pharmacy development. This article discussed the management model of pharmacy department,personnel training and the connotation of pharmaceutical care to explore the way for the development of hospital pharmacy.
