苯烃化制异丙苯的催化蒸馏技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用石油化工科学研究院开发的AEB分子筛催化剂,在小型试验装置上进行苯烃化制取异丙苯的催化蒸馏技术研究。催化蒸馏塔采用自行开发的新型高效构件,该构件具有传质阻力小、压降低、操作弹性大等优点。经过250h连续试验,找出了理想的操作参数和工艺实现方式。在进料苯丙烯摩尔比1∶1,丙烯空速0.4~3.0h-1的条件下,丙烯的转化率达99%以上,异丙苯选择性大于90%。 The catalytic distillation process for preparing cumene from alkylation of propylene and benzene using AEB zeolite catalyst was conducted on a laboratory test unit. The catalytic distillation packing with lower mass transfer resistance and lower pressure drop was adopted in the distillation column. Optimum operating conditions were found during the 250 hours running. The conversion of propylene was more than 99% and the selectivity of cumene was more than 90%.
