摘要
为了抑制润滑油精制中糠醛溶剂的氧化和结焦现象,根据氧化原理,寻找了一种添加剂V-1以增强溶剂抗氧化和防结焦性能。并用大庆减二线和减三线馏分油为原料,加入0.035%的V-1添加剂,在模拟工业操作的条件下进行萃取,使精制油收率和粘度指数均有明显的提高。添加剂自身被氧化后进入抽出油,不影响精制油的性质。
In
order to inhibit the oxidation and coking of the furfural used in lubricant furfural extraction, an
antioxidant V1 was added. Extraction experiments simulating the industrial operating
conditions were carried out with Daqing VGO as feedstock, and the V1 dosage was 0.035 wt%.
The yield and the viscosity index of the refined oil were considerably enhanced. The actioxidant
itself was oxidized during the extraction and remained in the extract, so it would not influence
the properties of the refined oil.
