新型高负荷强度旋风管的多管组合试验研究

RESEARCH ON MULTICYCLONE SEPARATOR WITH NEW HIGHLOADED CYCLONE TUBES

对新开发的高负荷ＰＴ－Ⅲ型旋风管进行了组合多管试验研究。通过对大量试验研究结果的分析和与ＰＴ－Ⅱ型旋风管的对比，结果表明由ＰＴ－Ⅲ型旋风管组合多管后，性能与单管一样，且各项指标均优于ＰＴ－Ⅱ型旋风管，并给出了性能计算公式，可供工程设计使用。

The PT type cyclone tube is a newly developed highefficiency and high loaded cyclone tube. The results of comprehensive test of 6 cyclone tubes indicated that the performances of multitubes were the same as that of single tube and were better than that of PT type cyclone tube. The formulas of the separation efficiency and the pressure drop were deduced from regressive analysis of the experimental data.
