木村病患者血清TNF-α、GM-CSF的变化

Changes of Serum TNF-α and GM-CSF Levels in Patients with Kimura Disease

目的研究木村病(kimma disease)患者血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落激活因子(GM-CSF)水平的变化并探讨TNF-α和GM-CSF水平的改变与其发病之间的关系。方法采用放射免疫分析法对11例已行手术治疗的木村病患者血清中TNF-α和GM-CSF水平进行了检测。结果木村病患者血清中TNF-α、GM-CSF的含量明显升高,分别为(9.01±3.37)μg/L及(1.07±0.35)μg/L,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01和P<0.05)。结论木村病患者外周血存在着细胞因子TNF-α、GM-CSF的表达,TNF-α和GM-CSF水平的变化与木村病发病有着密切的关系。

Objective To investigate the changes of serum tumor necrosis factor α（TNF-α） and granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor（GM-CSF） levels in patients with Kimura disease,and their relations with the pathogenesis.Methods The serum levels of TNF-α and GM-CSF was detected by radioimmunoassay in normal control and 11 patients who had been surgically treated for Kimura disease and.Results The serum levels of TNF-α（9.01±3.37）μg/L and GM-CSF（1.07±0.35）μg/L in Kimura patients were significantly higher than those of normal control,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.01 and P0.05）.Conclusion There are expressions of cytokine TNF-α and GM-CSF in peripheral blood of Kimura patients,and the changes of TNF-α and GM-CSF level may closely related to pathogenesis of Kimura disease.
