艾迪注射液联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液临床观察

Clinical Effects of Aidi Injection Combined with Cisplatin on Malignant Pleural Effusion

目的观察艾迪注射液联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的近期疗效和不良反应。方法选择恶性胸腔积液患者76例,随机分为观察组39例和对照组37例。采用胸腔放置引流管放净胸水。观察组胸腔内每次注入艾迪注射液50～80 ml,顺铂20～30 mg/m2;对照组胸腔内注入顺铂20～30 mg/m2;均5～7 d胸腔用药一次,最多4次为一疗程,1月后评价疗效及生存质量、毒副作用。结果观察组的有效率为71.09%,对照组的有效率为56.76%。两组对比观察组近期疗效、生活质量均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组毒副作用明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论艾迪注射液与顺铂联合治疗恶性胸腔积液是一种安全性高、毒性反应小、耐受性好的有效方法,能提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the efficacy and toxicity of a combination of Aidi injection and cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.Methods Seventy six patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomized into treatment group（39 cases） and control group（37 cases）.In treatment group,Aidi injection（50-80 ml） and cisplatin（20-30 mg/m2） were injected into pleural cavity after completely drainage of pleural effusion;in the control group,cisplatin（20-30 mg/m2） was administered.The injection was performed every 5-7 days,and 4 times was as one cycle.The results were evaluated one month later.Results The response rate was 71.09% for treatment group and 56.76% for the control group.The shot-term curative effect,the life quality of treatment group were better than those of control group（P0.05）;and the incidence of side effects in treatment group was also lower than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Intrapleural injection of Aidi plus cisplatin for malignant pleural effusion,with few side effects,is safe and well-tolerated.It can elevate life quality of patients.
