全视网膜光凝联合多贝斯治疗DR临床观察

Clinical Analysis of Panretinal Photocoagulation Combined with Duobeisi for Diabetic Retinopathy

目的观察全视网膜光凝(panretinal photocoagulation,PRP)联合多贝斯(羟苯磺酸钙)治疗增殖前期与增殖期糖尿病性视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)的临床疗效。方法选择已确诊为增殖前期或增殖期的糖尿病性视网膜病变120眼分成A、B两组,其性别、年龄、病情和病程比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05):A组为观察组行全视网膜光凝联合口服多贝斯治疗,B组为对照组行单纯全视网膜光凝治疗。结果治疗3个月后,视功能改善A组有效率96.67%,B组有效率83.33%;眼底改善A组有效率98.33%,B组有效率85.00%。B组有效率远不如A组理想,经χ2检验,P<0.05,两组差异有统计学意义。结论全视网膜光凝联合多贝斯治疗DR有较好疗效,能改善视功能、稳定病情、延缓DR进展。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of panretinal photocoagulation combined with Duobeisi for Preprohferative diabetic retinopathy and proliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods 120 eyes diagnosed as early stage and stage of proliferation were divided into Group A and Group B,there was no significant difference in their gender,age,illness and course comparison（P0.05）.Panretinal photocoagulation and Duobeisi were taken in the Group A as therapy group,while Group B only with panretinal photocoagulation as control group.Results There were significant differences in curative effect between the two groups after three months＇ treatment.In the improvement in visual function,Group A was with a total rate of achievement 96.67%,while Group B only 83.33%;and fundus performance of Group B was not as good as the ideal Group A.Group A had a total rate of achievement 98.33%,while Group B only 85.00%.Conclusion Panretinal photocoagulation combined with Duobeisi treatment of full-DR had a good effect,can improve visual function,stable condition and delay the DR progress.
