某省城、乡躯体残疾率及康复治疗状况调查研究

Survey on Rate of Body Disability and Situation of Rehabilitative Treatment in Urban and Rural Areas

目的了解辽宁省城市社区、农村自然村、城乡结合地区自然村人群中躯体残疾患病率以及康复锻炼情况,为提高残疾人生活质量提供依据。方法随机抽取城市16个社区、农村21个自然村、城乡结合地区10个自然村调查人群中躯体残疾患者,设计统一调查表格,先到社区或自然村政府机构调查,然后随访研究;采用SPSS 10.0软件进行χ2检验。结果躯体残疾患病率,经过统计学分析(P>0.05)无显著差异、始终坚持康复治疗率(P<0.05)有显著差异、偶尔康复治疗率(P<0.05)有显著差异、从来不进行康复治疗率(P<0.05)有显著差异。结论农村自然村医务人员文化层次、医疗设备条件、健康教育差距、文化程度、经济状况制约了躯体残疾患者的康复治疗。

Objective To learn about the prevalence rate of body disability and the situation of rehabilitation exercise in the urban,rural and suburban area,and to improve the life quality of life of disable persons.Methods The people with body disability were randomly chosen from 16 urban communities,21 villages in the countryside and 10 villages in the suburban area.A uniform questionnaire was used for investigation in the governmental agencies of the communities and villages,and a follow-up study was performed.SPSS 10.0 software was used to make χ2 test.Results There was no significant difference in the prevalence rate of body disability（P0.05）;there was significant difference in the rate of constant rehabilitation treatment,the rate of occasional rehabilitation treatment,and that of no rehabilitation treatment（all P0.05）.Conclusion The factors that restrict the rehabilitation treatment of those with body disability in the rural area include the lower cultural level of the medical staff,the lack of proper medical apparatus and facilities and the poor health education and economic condition.
