重油催化裂化脱硫系统换热器的电偶腐蚀

摘要 利用金相和电化学方法分析了武汉石油化工厂脱硫系统换热器管束腐蚀穿孔的原因,认为碳钢换热器防冲板和管束的穿孔主要是由于沉积物的堆积而产生的电偶腐蚀所致.提出改进防冲板设计,对溶液进行过滤和降低溶液中的氧含量等措施可减少或避免这种类型的腐蚀. The causes of heat exchanger tube failure in the desul-furization system of heavy oil FCC in Wuhan Petrochemical Plant were analyzed. It was concluded that the failure of the impingement plate and tubes was caused by the galvanic corrosion by the build-up of deposit. The improvement of impingement plate design, filtration and reduction of oxygen content of solution, etc. were suggested to mitigate and avoid the corrosion.
