摘要
根据塑性成形相关理论,本文采用MSC.Marc有限元软件对包套模具在热等静压中变形过程进行了模拟。为了验证模拟结果,以不锈钢包套模具为例,完成了测试样件的实验。为了更精确的结果比较,在样件的不同位置上选取了测试点。对比分析模拟和试验对应点的研究结果表明,径向变形的模拟结果偏小,相关点误差达到-5.33%、-13.64%;而轴向变形的模拟结果偏大,相关点的误差达到了7.43%、3.14%和4.57%。研究表明,对于包套模具采用行限元模拟的方法,可以形象、准确描述包套的形变过程,此方法可以为复杂结构的热等静压成形提供参考,实现精确控形。
According to the plastic deformation theory of powder, finite element simulation of hot isostatic pressing was completed using MSC.Marc Software.The can' s deformation process along the radial and axial directions was caculated. For more accurate results,test points of different location in the sample was selected. From the comparison of the data, the simulation results of the radial displacement is smaller,the error rates of the related point is -5.33%, -13.64%;while the simulation results of the axial displacement is slightly larger, the related point error rates reached 7.43%, 3.14% and 4.57%;.Densify show that ,simulation using finite element methods can accurately describe the deformation of can moulds, this method can be set for the study of complex structure in precise controling of the shape.
