摘要
通过对电机端罩冲压加工工艺的分析,着重介绍了冲孔模的整体结构与设计要点。拉深件圆周分布的孔分两次冲压成型,采用活动定位销则可以在一副模具上冲出。避免了两次冲压定位困难、精度低的问题,保证了零件成形质量,大大降低了生产成本。
Though the analysis of the punching technology of the the motor end shield, focusing on the overall structure of the piercing die and the design point, the holes distributed on the circtanference of the drawn work piece need be formed by stamping twice, But with the active locating pin, these holes call be formed with one die. And the problems of multiple locations for several times of stamping and low precision are avoided, ensureing the quality of the part and greatly reducing the cost of production.
