摘要
本文就球磨工艺及喷劣造粒工艺对Nb—Si前躯体粉末制备的影响进行了探讨。研究表明,雾化盘转速、浆料固含量及进风口温度是影响Nb—si复合粉末喷雾造粒的主要因素。雾化盘转速为14000r/min,固含量50%,进风口温度270℃时,喷雾造粒效果最佳,粉末粒度均匀。通过X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)、扫描电子硅微镜(SEM)对前驱体粉末的物相及形貌进行了分析。
In this study, The influencing factors of the ball milling and agglomerated granulation of precursor powder were studied. The result indicated that When the rotation speed of atomizing disk is 14000r/min, the solid content is 50% and the air intake temperature is 270℃,the effect of the precursor powder preparation was the best. The microstructure of precursor powder was tested by means of XRD and SEM.
