针对软件企业对高职软件人才职业素质的要求,提出学生团队自主学习模式,总结团队协作能力和自主学习能力的培养措施,分析其培养效果和待改进的因素。该学习模式能有效培养软件企业所需的团队协作及自主学习能力,有良好的推广价值。

According to the requirement of business diathesis in software enterprise,a study pattern called student group self-determined learning is proposed.The detailed measures in the training of group cooperate and self-determined study is summarized,based on the long term practice in the group of project team and virtual company.The training effect and the short points of the study pattern are also analyzed.The proposed study pattern trains the abilities of group cooperate and self-determined study well,and has upstanding generalize worth.
