采用薄层扫描法测定了乐口颗粒剂中小檗碱的含量 ,样品测定结果 RSD为 2 .87% ;
A method for the determination of Berberine by TLC-Densitometry in Lekou granules is reported. RSD of the three results is 2.87%. At the same time, recovery and accurance is also studied.
