用反相高效液相色谱法测芍甘颗粒剂中芍药甙含量。 ODS柱 ,甲醇∶水 ( 40∶ 6 0 )流动相 ,2 5 4nm检测 ,平均回收率为 96 .47% ,RSD为 0 .6 4 %。

A reversed-phase HPLC method was developed for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Shaogan granules. An ODS column was used and the mobile phase was methanol-water(40∶60). The detection wavelength was UV 254 nm. The average recovery was 96.47%. RSD=0.64%( n=5).
