摘要
对妇炎清栓剂的制备和质量控制进行了研究。采用 TL C法鉴别了栓剂中的柠檬醛 ,用挥发油测定法测定了栓剂中挥发油的回收率 ,用双波长薄层扫描法对栓剂中主要有效成分小檗碱进行了含量测定。方法简便 。
This article presented a preparation process and quality control of Fuyanqing suppository. The TLC identification for citral and the method of determination of volatile oils for Litsea Cubeba volatile oils in the suppository have been carried out. The content of berberine was also determined by TLC-Scanner. The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and has good reappearance.
