摘要
随着教师专业发展研究的深入,教师专业发展逐渐引起教育界的普遍关注。本文通过分析专业学习共同体的内涵、特征及其对教师专业发展的价值以揭示专业学习共同体是教师专业发展的理想环境,最后提出专业学习共同体的构建策略。
With in-depth study of teachers' professional development,teacher's professional development is gaining widespread attention.Analyzing the content and characteristics professional learning community,and its value to teachers' professional development is to reveal an ideal environment for teacher's professional development.In the end,the paper proposes some strategies to construct professional learning community.
