摘要
在目前社会就业高压的情况下,民企的发展给高职文秘专业学生的就业提供了很大的平台和机遇。然而,从调查的结果发现实际高职文秘专业学生的就业现状依然不容乐观,就这一矛盾现象浅析高职文秘专业学生就业难的原因,从教学、管理、社会因素等多视角剖析并有针对性地提出解决问题的策略。
