Thoughts on Construction of New Countryside Culture:A Case Study of Xinxiang City of Henan Province

社会主义新农村建设是经济、政治、文化的全面协调发展,长期以来,农村的发展较重视经济、政治的发展,而忽视了文化的发展。搞好农村文化建设可以提高农民的发展观念,提高农村的良好的精神风貌,对建设社会主义新农村,构建和谐社会具有十分重大的意义。笔者以对河南省新乡市新农村建设的实际为基础,从文化自觉的角度探讨农村文化建设。

Construction of new socialist countryside culture is a coordinated growth of economy,politics and culture.Orientated in economy and politics,the development of countryside has overlooked cultural construction for a long time.Sound construction of countryside culture may enhance the developmental concept of the farmers and foster a healthy mental outlook there.And it is significant in construction of new socialist countryside and Building a Harmonious Society.Based on the reality of Construction of New Socialist Countryside in Xinxiang City of Henan province,the author discussed the cultural construction in countryside from the perspective of cultural consciousness.
