扩大教育开放给外语教育带来的机遇和挑战——兼论外语人才培养

Opportunities and Challenges Provided by the Enlargement of Education Opening for Foreign Language Education with Special Reference to Foreign Language Learner Training

扩大教育开放是《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》提出的一项重要内容,这将给外语教育带来机遇同时也提出挑战,机遇即给外语教育提供了更大发展空间,挑战即外语教育可能面临的种种不适应。外语教育者应在扩大教育开放的背景下,思考和规划外语人才培养。

The enlargement of education opening is one of the important items in the State Guidelines for Medium-to-long-term Education Reform and Development Plan. This provides opportunities and challenges for foreign language education. By ＂opportunity＂ it means that foreign language education will be given larger space in its development and by ＂challenge＂ it refers to kinds of issues foreign language education has to face in its adaptation to new circumstances. Thus foreign language educators should rethink about and plan for the training of foreign langue learners in line with the enlargement of education opening.
