传统教育过程往往只顾教师的教或学生的学,而忽略了师生沟通对教育过程的影响,因此梳理师生沟通的现代意义对于我们正确理解教育的本真指向有重要作用。本文从传统师生沟通模式、师生沟通的方法及建构新型师生沟通模式三方面对师生沟通的教育学启示做一解读,以期厘清这一重要内容。

The traditional education often focus on the teachers＇ teach or the students＇ learn,the impact of communication between the teachers and students always be ignored during education.Therefore,sort out the modern meaning of communication between teachers and students are very important to correctly understand the true point of education.This article want to research the educational inspiration of the communication between the teacher and the students through the traditional mode and the methods of teacher-student communication.Then try to construct a new mode of teacher-student communication.
