论英语教学与新建本科院校图书馆的结合——以蚌埠学院为例

English Teaching and the Combination of Newly-built Library in the University

高校图书馆是高校的信息资源中心,是与教学、科研密切联系的部门。本文阐述了高校图书馆的重要地位,图书馆在英语教学中的作用,并以蚌埠学院为例,分析了在英语教学中使用新建本科院校图书馆时存在的问题,就如何在新建本科院校教学中引导学生利用学院图书馆提升英语水平这一问题展开进一步讨论,最后提出解决措施。

College library is the information resources center of a college,and it is a department that is closed to teaching and scientific research.This paper states the significant place of college libraries,the effect made in English teaching.And takes Bengbu College as the example to analysis the existing problems caused by applying college libraries in English teaching,and makes a further discussion that ＂how to guide students to make use of the library to improve their English level＂.Finally,the ways how to solve the problem are proposed.
