摘要
中职学校是培养应用型人才的基地。本文针对中职英语教学呈现出的一系列问题,分别进行了分析,对以就业为导向的英语教学模式进行了探讨,并提出了针对学生的个性和专业进行课程设计改革、教师队伍建设以及学生主观能动性培养等方面的实施思路。
the secondary school is to cultivate talents with base,this paper presents the vocational English teaching,a series of questions separately carried on the analysis to the employment as the guidance,the English teaching mode is discussed,and the paper student＇s individuality and professional course design reform,teacher team construction and the students＇ subjective initiative to cultivate the implementation ideas.
