Class is an important part of school and an important place of students＇ life and learning,where they can learn scientific and cultural knowledge.They can have different friends and learn a lot about life truth.Here also is a place where they can make their life wonderful.So the culture and atmosphere of a class will directly affect the growth of children.As the key member of a class,the teacher in charge of a class is not only a teacher but also a student guider,who will play an important part in the growth of students.This paper tries to discuss how teachers play a role to make a harmonious class in the contribution of the culture and atmosphere of a class from teachers＇ work.
