高校图书馆工作中的思想政治教育是新时期高校工作中关注的一个难点问题。笔者通过对新时期高校图书馆工作基本教育职能要求和自身优势的审视,重新定位高校图书馆工作在校务行政架构中的位置,进而提出高校图书馆工作中思想政治教育的方法与策略。

Ideological and political education in university library work is a difficult problem focused in university work during new period.The author relocates university library work in school administration structure by examining requirements for basic educational function and its advantages of university library work,and thus puts forward methods of ideological and political education in university library.
