浅析独立学院毕业生就业问题及对策

随着高校毕业生人数的增加,就业市场供大于求,高校毕业生就业日益困难。独立学院由于其自身特有的一些特点,相对于公办院校,面临着更加严峻的就业形势。如何做好毕业生出路指导已成为了独立学院的一大挑战。本文基于福建某独立学院2010届毕业生的就业情况分析独立学院毕业生就业的现状及存在的问题,进而挖掘独立学院毕业生的就业优势,最后提出解决独立学院就业难的若干对策。

In contrast with public college and university,the independent academy is confronted with severer employment situation for some of its own features.How to guide the graduates＇ careers has become a major challenge for the independent academy.Basing the graduate＇s employment condition of some independent academy of Fujian province,this artic＇s employment of independent academy,and then excavates its advantages,finally presents several strategies to solve the problem of harsh employment of independent academy.
