摘要
影响大学生就业的众多因素中,家庭结构无疑起了举足轻重的作用。经调查分析独生子女与非独生子女的就业意向在工作地域、工作性质、家庭赡养、个人薪酬等方面存在明显差异。这一现象揭示了我国大学生就业去向的配套政策上存在薄弱环节,家庭结构对大学生就业意向存在明显影响。
The influence of many factors of university students＇ employment,family structure will undoubtedly played a pivotal role.After investigation analysis with the singleton the onlychild existing regional employment intention,the nature of work,work,family support individual pay the difference.This phenomenon in college students＇ employment to reveal the supporting policies have weak links,family structure of university students＇ employment intentions existence obvious influence.
