试论提高中职学生就业能力的必要性和方法

On the Necessity and Methods of Improving the Employabilities of Secondary Vocational School Students

近年来企业用工需求量不断提高,中职生就业率也不断提高,但企业抱怨难以招到合适人才,中职毕业生抱怨起薪太低、难以找到合适的工作,很重要的原因就是目前相当一部分中职学生缺乏就业能力。本文从就业能力的定义出发,分析了中职学生提高就业能力的必要性,并结合本地实际,提出了提高中职学生就业能力的一些方法。

In recent years,enterprise employee demand is increasing,the employment rate of secondary vocational student is also rising continuously,but the enterprises complain that it is difficult to get proper workers,meanwhile technical secondary school graduates find it hard to get a suitable job,because they think the starting salary is too low,one of the important reasons is numbers of students lack the employment ability.This article begins with the definition of employment ability,analyzes the necessity of improving employment ability of secondary vocational school students,and put forward to some methods of improving their employment ability based on local conditions
