摘要
采用20对微卫星标记对缙云麻鸭与绍兴鸭3个品系的遗传结构进行了分析。结果表明缙云麻鸭与绍兴鸭群体的平均杂合度为0.5946~0.6918,试验共检测到178个等位基因。在DA基础上的UPGMA法聚类图将4个品系聚类为2个类群,聚类结果与各品种的生态地域分布和经济类型有着一定的关系。研究结果为缙云麻鸭种质特性研究提供了基础,也为中国家鸭资源的合理保护和开发利用提供了科学依据。
The genetic structure of Jinyun duck and 3 Shaoxing duck populations were analyzed by using 20 microsatellite markers in this experiment.The results showed that the mean heterozygosity of duck populations was 0.5946-0.6918,and a total of 178 alleles were detected.The 4 duck populations were clustered into two groups based on the UPGMA dendrogram.The clustering results had some relationship with the distributions and economic utilizations of these duck populations.The results could provide not only basic molecular data for the research on the characteristics of Jinyun ducks but also scientific basis for the conservation and utilization of those breeds.
