The quality of collection of evidence during criminal investigation determines the quality of handling criminal cases.In the field of criminal investigation,great concern should be given to evidence dynamics.Evidence dynamics exist before,along with or after the crime scene investigation,which could be caused either by natural or human factors.Evidence custody system should be built during the stage of criminal investigation so as to record and explain evidence dynamics and guarantee the legitimacy and scientificity of the collection of evidence.
