To build a crime prevention and control system is an effective way for public security organs to control public security,fight crimes and maintain social stability.With the concepts of modern management theory,each element of crime prevention and control system can be effectively integrated.Thus an effective crime prevention and control system can be built which is characteristic of sensitive information,quick response and strict control.
