摘要
用APAAP法,检测了多发性硬化(MS)患者单个核细胞表面LFA-1(CD11a/CD18)、Mac-l(CD11b/CD18)的表达情况。结果显示,MS患者单个核细胞CD11a、CD11b、CD18阳性细胞的百分率均明显高于正常对照组。LFA-1、Mac-1与它们的配体ICAM一1在MS的发病过程中发挥了重要作用。本研究为深入探讨粘附分子在多发性硬化发病机制中的作用做了初步尝试。
To investigate the change and effect of adhesion molecules in the immunopathogenesis of multiple sclerosis (MS), we detected the expression of LFA- 1 (CD11a/CD 18 ) . Mac-l (CD11b/CD 18 ) on the surface of mononuclcar cells of patients with MS and healthy controls. The results showed that the percentage of CD 11a ,CD11b.CD18 positive cell in PllMCs of patients with MS group were obviously higher than that of normal group. The experiments suggested that LFA-1. Mac-1 and their ligand ICAM-1 may play an important role in immune pathogenesis of MS.
