遏制政策下房价上涨的的原因及对策

Rates rise against control Analysis and Countermeasures

2009年我国房价持续飙升,部分城市甚至出现一房难求的怪状。由于房价的飞速上涨,越来越多的家庭沦为新一代的房奴。针对持续上涨的房价,我国近期出台了一系列的遏制房价的政策,但效果并不理想。本文针对房价逆遏制政策而上涨的现象进行了剖析,并提出了相应的对策。

In 2009 China＇s house prices continue to soar and some cities even emerge strange phenomenon,that is,it was difficult to get a room to live in for local residents.Aiming at the rapid price rise,more and more families become a new generation of house slaves.For rising house prices,China recently introduced a series of price regulational policies,but they were proved to be ineffecitive in reality.In this paper,analyzes the phenomenon and propose countermeasures against rising housing price.
