CO2气腹对心恶性肿瘤细胞侵袭转移影响的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 在恶性肿瘤如结直肠癌的治疗中,外科手术是行之有效的方法 之一.1993年Alexander等[1]报道了世界上首例腹腔镜下右半结肠癌根治术后出现腹壁转移的病例,并且认为腹腔镜手术增加了恶性肿瘤细胞的侵袭转移.随后许多学者进行了大量的基础和临床研究,以探讨腹腔镜结直肠癌手术的安全性.现对腹腔镜手术所特有的CO2气腹环境是否增加恶性肿瘤细胞特别是结直肠癌细胞的侵袭转移及可能的机制综述如下.
