微生物膜与眼部感染

摘要 微生物膜通常是指由细胞外多聚物基质包裹的表面相关性微生物群落,它们在生物表面如心脏瓣膜或非生物材料表面如角膜接触镜和人工晶状体上形成.业已证实微生物膜为绝大多数病原体在人体内生存的重要方式.微生物膜的形成在部分眼部感染性疾病中起着重要作用,本文就微生物膜的形成过程、结构特点及与部分眼部感染性疾病的关系作一综述.
