皮埃蒙特肉牛胚胎移植及其开发利用研究报告

通过引进４０ 头皮埃蒙特肉牛冻胚以南阳牛母牛作为受体进行胚胎移植，结果妊娠率为 ６０％ ，同期发情处理的受体黄牛，７２ 小时发情率为８７．８８％ 。胚移牛与南阳牛比较，其体尺、体重均比南阳牛相应增大，８ 月龄体重胚移牛比南阳牛高 ６５ ｋｇ（２５％ ），以南阳牛作母本，以皮埃蒙特牛作为父本进行杂交试验，结果：１８ 日龄肥育牛体重达 ５００ ｋｇ，料、活重比为 １．６∶１，屠宰率为 ６１％ ，眼肌面积为１４１．１１ｃｍ ２。

introduced frozen Piemonte embryos have been implanted into Nanyang cows with pregnancy rate 60% and the heat rate of recepting cows dealt with synchronous oestrus within 72h 87.88%.The body length and weight of embryonic cattle (EC)are comparatively longer and higher than that of Nanyang Cattle(NC).For example,the weight of 8-month EC is 65 kg(25%) higher than the same old NC.The hybrid experiment conducted with NC as female line and EC as male line show that the weight of the progeny is as much as 500kg,the rate of feed and live weight 1.6∶1,yield percentage 61% and area of eye muscle 141.11cm 2.
