摘要
本文总结了主动脉球囊反搏治疗7例心源性休克患者的应用情况,术前、术中、术后及并发症的护理体会。提出应严密监测病情变化,预防并发症,恰当护理可提高主动脉球囊反搏成功率。
It reviewed the application of IABP in patients with cardiogenic shock,nursing care before operation,cooperation in operation,after operation and nursing care of complications.It emphasized that one should pay close attention to the changes of the patient＇s condition,and prevent complications.Appropriate nursing can raise achievement ratio of IABP.
