摘要
磨机能耗与负荷状态有很大关系,当磨机处于最佳工况工作时,能够降低能耗,由此负荷检测成为决定磨机工况控制的关键环节。首先分析了磨机噪声成分及磨音发生机制。并且,推导了磨机系统运动方程,利用声音生成技术,建立了磨机负荷磨音模型。最后,基于MATLAB进行了仿真,生成了磨机负荷与声强、频率曲线。
Mill energy consumption has close relationship with load status.When the mill works at the best load status,energy consumption can be reduced.Mill load detection is the key to the mill work status control.Firstly,the paper analyzes mill noise component and mechanism of mill sound.Also,the equations of mill motion system are derived.Based on voice generation technology,mill load sound model is proposed.Finally,the simulation is implemented based on MATLAB to generate the mill load and the sound intensity,frequency curve.
