复方丹参液对大鼠失血性休克合并凝血功能紊乱的影响

目的探讨复方丹参液对大鼠失血性休克合并凝血功能紊乱的影响。方法将40只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组10只、休克组10只、复方丹参液组10只及肝素组10只四个组,对检测结果进行比较。结果大鼠休克组与假手术组、复方丹参液组及肝素组的血浆SFMC水平相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),大鼠休克组与假手术组、复方丹参液组及肝素组的ATⅢ相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。休克组、肝素组与复方丹参组、假手术组的血浆TM水平相差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参液优势显著,主要表现在安全好、出血少、疗效快。

Objective To explore the effectDanshen solution on hemorrhagic shock with blood coagulation disorder.Methods Rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,10 rats shock group,10 compound Danshen Injection and Heparin Section 10 only four groups were compared on the test Results Results after shock group and sham operation group,Danshen solution group and the heparin group compared to the level of plasma SFMC difference was statistically significant（P0.05）,shock in rats group and the sham operation group,Danshen solution group and AT Ⅲ heparin group showed no significant difference（P0.05）.Shock group,heparin group and compound Danshen group,sham operation group,the plasma TM level of the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Danshen solution significant advantages,mainly in the security is good,less bleeding,effective and quick.
