hs-CRP在腹腔镜与开腹输卵管妊娠保守性手术后对患者治疗效果监测的探讨

Study of hs-CRP monitoring of curative effect for the patients after conservative treatment by laparoscopic and open surgery of tubal pregnancy

目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(High-sensitivity C-reactiveprotein,hs-CRP)在腹腔镜与开腹行输卵管妊娠保守手术对患者治疗效果的监测。方法选择2009年1月至2010月11月因输卵管妊娠行腹腔镜病灶清除术者62例(1组);行开腹病灶清除术者50例(2组)。全部患者在术前24h及术后24、72、120h采集外周静脉血,测定hs-CRP水平。结果 1、2组术前hs-CRP水平相比较,1组术后120h与术前hs-CRP比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);1、2组术后24、72h血清hs-CRP与其术前24h相比均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);1组术后血清hs-CRP均低于2组术后相同时间段的hs-CRP水平(P<0.05)。结论输卵管妊娠患者行腹腔镜保守手术相对于开腹保守手术,更大程度地保护其术后生育功能。

Objective To explore the hs-CRP monitoring of patients in the laparoscopic and open surgery of tubal pregnancy after conservative treatment.Methods From Jun,2009 to Nov.2010,62 cases tubal pregnancy due to debridement surgery by laparoscopic were selelted（group1）.50 cases tubal pregnancy underwent open debridement surgery bywere selected（group2）.All patients were collected peripheral venous blood before and after surgery 24,72,120 h,measured hs-CRP levels.Results The preoperative serum levels of hs-CRP compared with no significant difference betreen group1,2;the same to the postoperative ones in group1 after 120 h and before surgery（P0.05）.The postoperative ones in group 1,2 after 24,72 h were significantly higher than the ones before surgery 24 h,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The postoperative ones in group 1 were lower than those in group 2 in the same period（P0.05）.Conclusion For tubal pregnant patients,compared with the conservative surgery by laparotomy,the one by laparoscopy protects reproductive function after surgery to a great extent.
