摘要
目的探讨奇正消痛贴膏治疗骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 92例骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,观察疗效改善率。结果治疗组58例,显效21例,有效35例,无效2例,总起效率96.55%;对照组34例,显效8例,有效23例,无效3例,总起效率91.18%,两组间有效率差异有统计学意义,试验组优于对照组。结论奇正消痛贴膏治疗骨性关节炎疗效确切,是一种好的治疗方法。
Objective To discuss the treatment Qizhengxiaotong plaster of knee osteoarthritis（OA）clinical results.Methods The 92 cases of OA were randomized into two groups：treatment group and control group in order to observe the fine rate.Results There were 58 patients in the treatment group,21 patients got an excellent result,35 good and 2 failed,96.55percent of the cases were effective.34 pitents in control group,8 patients obtained an excellent result,23 good and 3 failed,91.18percent of the cases were effective.The fine rate in the experiment group was significantly larger than that in the control group.Conclusion Qizhengxiaotong plaster can be used effectively to treat Osteroarthritis.
