人造板热压机控制系统的现状与改进

Present Status and Further Improvement of Hot Press for Wood-based Panel Composites

分析了国产人造板传统热压机“厚度规”式的开关控制系统的不合理性，指出了国外引进的热压机和近年来国产新型热压机电液控制系统的利弊，提出了现代热压机具备位置控制系统和闭合速度控制系统的必要性。现代热压机控制系统的建立必须有各个学科专业人员融合且须以现代热压工艺理论为指导。

This paper analyzed the deficiency of the traditional on-off control systerns of the press with the spacers presently made in China for the wood-based panel composites, pointed out the ad-vantages and disadvantages of the electro -hydraulic control system for the new presses either intro-duced abroad or made domestically, put forward the necessary for the modern press with both posi-tion and closing speed control system, which should be designed by the experts from different fields,under the guidance of the modern hot-pressing theory.
