摘要
现场补口是保温管线外防腐工程的一个重要环节,因补口质量问题而使整条管线报废的现象,在热力输送中已多有发生。补口施工工艺直接影响补口质量。本文主要介绍了城市集中供热工程中大口径玻璃钢外护直埋保温管补口施工工艺以及改进后的施工工艺。通过比较发现,新工艺结构简单,可操作性更强。经工程证实,新工艺切实可行,不仅可以提高补口效率,还可降低补口成本。
The field joint is an very important part in the outside anticorrosion engineering of Insulation pipe.In the practice of heat transmission,it often happens that the entire pipes are broken for scrap just because of the low quality of joint.Indeed,the quality of joint is directly determined by construction technology of joint.In this article we introduced the construction technology and propose the improved version of joint for Insulation pipe in outside anticorrosion engineering.Comparison reveals that the new technology is simpler while more operational.And the engineering also proves that the new technology is practicable:it not only improves the efficiency of joint but also reduces the cost.
