Comprehensive annual benefit of the valuable equipment must ultimately be based upon information about users and uses to be served in a lab. The method to assess the annual benefit of the valuable equipment for the high school is dicussed. It is critical and helpful for the equipment Administrator to submit the Valuable Equipment Annual Benefit Assessment Form issued by the Ministry of Education. Essentially, the corrected method to assess the value of the specialized equipment is proposed. The value statistic and assessment is premised on some agreement amongst the variabliliy of users and uses through different tasks and in changing environment. The suggestions obtained can become valuable input to improving the index system of annual benefit assessment and to promoting the utilization for the valuable equipment.
