摘要
利用智能型高剪毛管粘度测试仪,对5种实验液在高剪切速率下的粘度(η∞)进行了测试。测试分析结果表明,当dvdx趋于105s-1时,η∞实测值较用卡森模式推算的η∞值准确,证实了卡森模式的局限性,同时探索了在高剪切速率下钻井液粘度η∞随dvdx的变化规律。
The viscosities of five kinds of drilling fluids under high shear rates are tested by use of
intelligent high shear rate capillary viscosimeter. The tests show that the testing value of is
more accurate than the value calculated with Casson Model when dv/dx tends to 10 5 s 1 ,
which verifies the limitation of Casson Medol. The rules that drilling fluid viscosity varies with
dv/dx under high shear rate are also discussed, which provides a new way for study on
rheological property of drilling fluids.
