整合子-基因盒系统与细菌耐药

摘要 整合子是细菌基因组中可移动的遗传物质.可以通过其整合酶将携带有耐药基因的基因盒整合到自身基因组中,并使其表达,从而使细菌获得耐药性,甚至多重耐药性。作为近年来关于细菌,尤其是革兰氏阴性菌耐药机制研究的热点.整合子-基因盒系统受到人们越来越多的关注。
