通过对ISO 13500《石油与天然气工业——钻井液材料规范和测试》和API BP13A《钻井液材料规范》的分析,建议选用ISO 13500作为采标对象.指出在采标中应结合国内实际情况,确定采标程度.
Through the analysis for the ISO 13500Petroleum and Natural Gas-Drilling Fluid Material Standard and Testing and API RP13A Drilling Fluid Material Standard, the author suggests the ISO 13500 as the sampling object. It is also pointed that the sampling should be adapted to the domestic practice to ensure the degree of the sampling.
